Terms of Use

ORAKULS ("ORAKULS", "we", "us") is operated by Arturs Dudarevs, an individual based in Latvia. Contact: support@orakuls.com. These Terms govern your use of the ORAKULS application and website at orakuls.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use ORAKULS. By using the Service you confirm that you are 18 or older. If we learn that a user is under 18, we may suspend or delete the account.

ORAKULS is a mystical self-reflection and entertainment application offering tarot readings, astrology and natal charts, dream interpretation, a daily oracle flow, an AI companion ("the Keeper"), mini-games, a community map, and related features. All content is for entertainment and self-reflection only. It is not professional advice of any kind. ORAKULS does not provide, and must not be relied on as, medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Content is generated by artificial intelligence and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or imperfect. ORAKULS is not an emergency or crisis service. If you are experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, or thoughts of self-harm, contact your local emergency services or a qualified professional immediately. You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on content from the Service.

You register with an email and password or via Google sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information. One person, one account.

Credits (✦) are a virtual in-app currency used for certain features (for example, tarot readings and mystical chests). Credits have no monetary value, are not redeemable for cash, and are non-transferable. You can earn credits free through in-app rewards or buy credit packs.

Credit packs (one-time, via Stripe, in EUR): Explorer €0.99 (5 ✦), Seeker €2.99 (20 ✦), Oracle €5.99 (45 ✦). The price shown at purchase applies.

ORAKULS Premium is a subscription of €9.99/month, billed via Stripe, auto-renewing monthly until cancelled. It unlocks Premium features and grants daily claimable credits. You may cancel anytime; Premium remains active until the end of the paid period, then ends automatically. If a renewal payment fails, Premium continues for the remainder of the paid period and is then revoked.

3-day free trial — new users receive a one-time 3-day trial with full Premium access, except Guardian voice playback (which requires a paid subscription). Only one trial per person/email; this cannot be reset by deleting and re-registering.

Refunds — Purchases of credits and subscriptions are generally non-refundable except where required by law. As an EU consumer you may have a statutory right of withdrawal; by using digital content/credits immediately you may consent to begin performance before the withdrawal period ends. One automatic in-app exception: if a paid tarot reading fails to generate, the 3 credits are automatically refunded. Completed readings are not refundable. Virtual items (credits, XP, Karma, artifacts, stones, collectibles, levels) are licensed to you for use within the Service only, have no real-world monetary value, and may be adjusted or discontinued as the Service evolves.

To keep the Service fair and stable, certain features have limits (for example: Keeper conversations 20/day, message length 3000 characters, notebook entries 10/day, and other per-day or per-hour caps). These limits may change.

You agree not to submit or share content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, harassing, violent, sexual/pornographic, fraudulent, spam, or that violates others' rights. Community content is automatically moderated. We operate a safety system: a first or minor violation may show a warning ("yellow card"); repeated or serious violations may temporarily restrict interactive features ("red card") for up to 24 hours. Access to your profile, subscription, payments and support remains available. Serious violations may result in immediate restriction or account termination.

The Keeper is an AI companion. Its responses are AI-generated and for reflection only, subject to Section 3. With your explicit opt-in, the Keeper may retain a sanitized long-term memory of themes from your conversations; this is off by default and you can view, reset, or disable it anytime. Your notebook entries are private and are only used by the Keeper if you have Premium or an active trial. You retain your own content; you grant us the limited licence needed to operate the Service (store, process, display it back to you, and process it through our AI providers to deliver features).

The Service, its content, design, and branding are owned by ORAKULS or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or exploit the Service except as allowed by these Terms or law.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account anytime in-app; deletion is described in our Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ORAKULS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made in reliance on the Service's content. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights under EU/Latvian law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Latvia and the European Union. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence still apply.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
